I am really angry

I have never never been so angry in my whole life. If you are wondering, hey aint you supposed to be in langkawi having fun now? I hope Changi Airport can give me a reasonable explanation. My family and 2 other families have to cancel our trip because of A TERRIBLE HORRIBLE UNFORGIVABLE management loophole of the so-called "world's 1st class airport". We booked our tickets a month ago and queued up for 2 hours and when we reached the counter, the staff popped: "sorryy no more seats. Airplane full." YEA RIGHT, 1st CLASS MY FOOT. How can they make allowances in the peak season??! and 11 ppl somemore. The worst thing is one of the staff said it is NOT the 1st time such situations occured. I almost died. Shouldn't they be smart enough to learn from mistakes and improved on their service??! RIDICULOUS. my dad has always been good-tempered. But this time he flared up. In fact everyone did.

So it's time for them to learn a lesson. Daddy's gonna make sure we get ALL the compensation we deserved; he has discussed with our lawyer. If not they're gonna do smth abt it, then we shall make them do smth abt it. Dad's writing to the forum and so is the other victim, Mr Tong. I'm gonna c how much credibility and reputation means to them. No mood to travel now. Everything's spoilt.

World-class airport= Beautiful packaging with horrible service and management system?
