I am truly upset by Mourinho's leave, as upset as when i fail a test. it's hard to say who's at fault since i am only a C fan. But there's a chinese adage that goes "yong ren bu yi" (dont trust the person whom you employ), but apparently Abramovich's frequent disagreements have led him to doubt mourinho's abilities. It is a fact that mourinho didnt manage to lead the team in clinching the UEFA and EPL championship. SO WHAT?? C manage to get FA and i-4get-what championship. thats rather good,isnt it? you cant expect C to win every single thing right, if not what for u need other teams?

1)when mourinho wanted to buy kaka(which is absolutely correct), abramovich insisted on SPENDING LARGE (thousands of millions) sum of $$ to buy a Shevchenko. See what has happened? wasted.
2)And when mourinho abandoned shev in competitions, abram BU SHUANG. you bu shuang for what?? i feel like giving him a punch.
3) when Mourinho want to use the 4-3-3 strategy which is working for the team, abramovich insisted on 3-2-1-2-3. See what has happened? lose after lose.
4) when Mourinho wanted to buy more defenders, abramovich refused.YES, HE REFUSED. See what has happened? no defenders to use towards the end of the EPL and useless boularouhz had to go up. causing opponent team to score much more goals than they deserved.

so is mourinho to be totally blamed for not clinching the championships? NO. abramovich has to pay some responsibility too. He meddles with the team affairs too much. just look at Liverpool's bosses--pay money, trust benitez. thats why L is playing better and better.
Not only that, it is quite apparent that abra practise nepotism. shev is his good friend, so is C's new ISRAELI manager Grant. and if you realise, nepotism appears in the Venice chpt. i really do not want C to face the same fate as Venice--a decline.

i shall not condem Grant yet. sinceC is meeting man utd today, we shall c his performance. more imptly, i hope that C's players will pick themselves up and get used to Grant's way of gaming. thats probably what you call "facing the reality".
